Powder Rations guaranteed for the FIRST PRE-PAID Registrants of 75 USA and 75 CSA Infantry, 25 USA and 25 CSA Cavalry, and 8 USA and 8 CSA Cannons.
BOUNTY will be given for the FIRST FOUR USA and FIRST FOUR CSA Artillery Units (regardless of how many cannons they have), and for the LARGEST USA and CSA
